Prosecution Services provides the prosecutorial function in Queensland Magistrates and Childrens Courts, providing legal advice and a broad range of prosecutorial functions, including appearances in court on all matters. Rockhampton Police Prosecution Corps is a medium sized establishment with a combination of both sworn and civilian prosecutors, supported by administration staff. Prosecutors are responsible for police related matters in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court District in addition to servicing Magistrates Courts at Yeppoon Woorabinda and Biloela.Refer to the role description for more information.
