The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is undertaking a project to transform patient information continuity and clinical decision-making support across the QAS patient journeys. The Clinical Design & Implementation Manager, IACMP, is a key member of the Project Team, providing specialist expertise and leadership to help ensure the successful delivery of the change. The role is the subject matter expert in digital health and clinical solution design and implementation – grounded in human-centred design, service blueprinting, implementation science, and systems thinking – and is critical to achieving the project’s frontline benefits by ensuring the platform is clinically safe, operationally workable, and genuinely fit for the people who use it.
