You will provide high‑level administrative support, supervision, and subject matter expertise to the Administration Team in collaboration with the Team Leader. The role includes shift supervision, staff support, implementing change, and assisting with management of a 24/7 roster. Shifts are 0600–1400 and 1400–2200, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
