Join the Queensland Parliamentary Service as a Senior People & Culture Advisor and play a key role in strengthening workplace and industrial relations across a diverse and dynamic organisation. In this fixed-term full-time role (with possibility of extension), you will provide expert advice on complex people matters, guide leaders through contemporary HR practices, and contribute to improvements in policies, systems and workforce capability.
