We are seeking Clinical Nurses (SAFEST Discharge) to join the Patient Flow and Emergency team and play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and hospital flow. In this dynamic position, you will support timely interventions, advance discharge planning and minimise delays to patient flow, maximising Emergency Department access.
