What you can expect in this role Your role within Corporate Services will support the department to provide high-level support to the Director-General, the Executive Leadership Team and the department in the areas of audit; finance; procurement; people and culture; information and digital; strategic communication and engagement and business support. The work you will do helps someone every day, and that means the world to us. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Support Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring system enhancement objectives are met through the quality definition of business requirements, and support and maintenance processes are followed including incident resolution.
