Play a key role in delivering the program establishing and operationalising the new Woodford Youth Detention Centre.The Program Manager provides operational oversight and coordination across a complex, non-ICT program of organisational, cultural and operational initiatives. Working closely with the Program Director and workstream leads, the role manages integrated scheduling, governance, reporting, RAID management and interdependencies across multiple streams to support operational readiness of the centre.The role also contributes to identifying improvements and delivery approaches that may support broader operational outcomes across the youth detention network.
