This role reports to the Principal Advisor Regional Services, Darling Downs South West Region. As the SCLO, you will have the responsibility of providing quality advice and assistance to parents, carers and other members of the school community across the region, requiring this role to be the first point of contact for parents, carers and other community members wishing to enquire about departmental policy and guidelines. Taking an active role in assisting community members to resolve their concerns and complaints by providing a conduit between the parents, carers and other community members.
