Are you a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders? This is an exciting opportunity to support the Assistant Director General (QPWS), playing a key role in enabling effective leadership, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to strategic and operational initiatives across the division. Day to day you will ensure the smooth coordination of executive operations, communication and administrative functions. And you will manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion while supporting projects, meetings, reporting and stakeholder engagement across the division.
