The Program Engagement Officer provides offence-focused programming and support to young people involved in the Youth Justice system. The role is responsible for ensuring that programming is evidence-based and delivered in a way that aligns with the Risk, Needs and Responsivity framework. In achieving this, the Program Engagement Officer is expected to: deliver programs to young people and also support the broader team through professional development and coaching related to program delivery.
