North Shore State School is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to work closely with the Principal and leadership team to deliver high-quality financial, human resource, administrative, and facilities management services. As a key member of the school leadership team, you will provide strategic advice, oversee business operations, lead and develop school support staff, and ensure resources are effectively managed to support positive outcomes for students and staff. You will play a critical role in workforce planning, budget management, process improvement, and facilities planning while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
