As a member of the Aboriginal engagement and Strategy Unit, the Aboriginal Workforce Development Officer coordinates Aboriginal and entry level employment programs in addition to contributing to the implementation of Departmental and NTPS Aboriginal Workforce Development initiatives, strategies and plans across Alice Springs Hospital.
