The Metro North HR Business Partnering team are seeking a highly experienced Principal HR Consultant to join our team. This position provides expert advice to school leaders and regional stakeholders regarding the delivery of HR services including strategic workforce planning, recruitment and workforce mobility. You will lead a contemporary business partnering function, providing expert human resource and employee relations advice, strategic consultancy and support services to provide practical solutions to enhance business outcomes across a range of complex human resource matters. This permanent role is available to start ASAP. Our team is co-located within the Brisbane North / Moreton Bay area with offices in Nundah and North Lakes as potential base locations. Flexible work arrangements are available and can be negotiated.
