The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) is seeking a Principal Workforce Management Officer to join the Program Workforce Unit. The Program Workforce Unit is responsible for managing a range of workforce functions including the casual workforce employed under the QCAA Act to support the activities related to implementation of senior internal and external assessment. The Principal Workforce Management Officer will lead a team responsible for the management of vacancies, recruitment and selection, training, onboarding, and overseeing the casual workforce.
