As a member of the Safety, Wellbeing and Injury Management (SWIM) team, Northern Service Area you will contribute to the department’s commitment to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy and supportive work environment at all times through: • Provision of education, advice and assistance ensuring compliance across the department’s nine core SWIM functions: 1. Governance and Consultation 2. Risk management 3. Planning and development 4. Education and awareness 5. Hazard and incident management 6. Assessments and inspections 7. Injury management 8. Employee support and wellbeing 9. Performance reporting • Service Area based role with access to central SWIM function support and professional advice.
