Are you passionate about tackling homelessness and creating opportunities for positive change? As a Pathways Officer with Housing Outreach Mobile Engagement, you’ll help coordinate immediate, multi-agency assistance for individuals and families in need.Based in either Logan or the Gold Coast, you’ll use your skills to develop housing solutions, strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, and deliver responsive services to those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Your work will directly improve lives, helping people find stability and security.
