We are seeking a strategic instructional leader with strong curriculum knowledge; who is innovative, relational and highly capable educational leader to join our leadership team as Deputy Principal - Junior Secondary. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about improving student outcomes, leading high-performing teams and driving continuous school improvement. The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to support the strategic direction of the school while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for students, staff and the broader community across a P-12 Context. Importantly, this role will serve as a key instructional leader within the school, ensuring high quality curriculum, supporting expert teaching practices, evidence-informed pedagogy and the ongoing development of staff capability.
