Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer the Manager of the Health and Wellbeing team leads strategic planning, policy, procedure and program support for the whole of department. This includes maintaining a key focus on psychological health and safety; employee assistance; workplace rehabilitation and return to work management; workplace adjustments; early intervention and staff support services and, health and wellbeing programs to mitigate psychosocial hazards in the workplace.You will contribute to strategic projects that promote continuous improvement in the department’s approach to providing safe working environments and supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.
