Merrimac State High School is seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Deputy Principal - Junior Secondary (7-8). This pivotal leadership role will lead the strategic direction of our Junior Secondary phase, ensuring every student experiences high-quality teaching, strong wellbeing support and a deep sense of belonging as they transition into and progress through Secondary Schooling. The successful applicant will be a highly visible and relational leader who can effectively balance strategic improvement, instructional leadership, student wellbeing, and operational excellence.
