The Team Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the Frontline Systems Support team by providing leadership, guidance, training and support in the delivery of complex, high-volume, data processing, remediation, and quality assurance tasks. The role is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, proper interpretation, and comprehensive documentation of data across various police business systems. The Team Leader will mentor and provide instruction to junior members, ensuring their work aligns with the Command’s priorities.
