As Assistant Under Treasurer, Financial Efficiencies, you will lead strategic advice at the heart of Queensland Government’s fiscal decision‑making. You will deliver authoritative analysis to inform Cabinet, Budget and whole‑of‑government processes, with a strong focus on driving expenditure and operational efficiencies. You will design and implement cross‑sector reforms that improve financial performance and value for money, while representing Treasury in complex negotiations and partnering with agencies, industry and the community to support the Government’s priorities. • Senior executive role driving expenditure and efficiency reform • Lead Cabinet and Budget advice with statewide impact • Manage high‑performing teams and influence system‑wide change
