Working under the Day Surgery Unit, you will actively contribute to a positive learning environment through ongoing professional development and participation in performance and development planning. With a strong focus on continuous quality improvement and best-practice care, you work collaboratively within interprofessional teams to promote patient safety, ethical decision-making and optimal outcomes. Your well-developed communication and problem-solving skills will support effective unit functioning while maintaining compliance with relevant policies, procedures and workplace standards.
