As the Transition Pathways Officer, you will work across a cluster of State High Schools within the Sunshine Coast area to provide a broad range of services aimed at maximising the transition outcomes of students at risk of not successfully completing Year 12. The Transition Pathways Officer reports to the Manager - Education Justice Initiative within the Student Child Family Connect Team at the Maroochydore Regional Office, as well as to a selection of school Principals.
