The Frontline Systems Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the Northern Territory Police Force by managing complex, high-volume data processing, remediation, and quality assurance activities in accordance with legislation, policies, and procedures. The position undertakes accurate and timely data entry, including court outcomes, requests for information, warrants, parole and court orders, Births, Deaths and Marriages reports, and historical in-custody photographs across multiple systems and databases. The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and provides guidance and support to new and junior team members
