An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Integrated Medicine, Emergency, Child and Youth Services as a Clinical Nurse. To apply high level clinical practice skills to deliver the Older Persons Integrated Health Service within Cairns Hospital and community. The nursing team is accountable at an advanced practice level to provide a frontline advanced practice role with a multidisciplinary approach to the screening, assessment, care coordination and care planning of the elderly in the ED department and community (including residential aged care facilities).
