Facilitate collaborative relationships between the agency and key stakeholders across the region to identify and communicate issues as they relate to young people, families and communities to guide culturally appropriate responses that improve and protect wellbeing and create safe and supportive environments. Lead the development and delivery of culturally appropriate services for children in the Big Rivers Region, through sound and professional advice to Team Leaders, Managers and Executives on issues relating to Child Protection, Youth Justice. Kinship Care, children in care and remote specialist services.
