An exciting backfill opportunity exists as an Asset Officer within the Finance Team! The Asset Officer plays a key role in supporting CQ Health’s Financial Accounting team by managing asset data and ensuring accurate recording in the Asset Register. You will coordinate annual stock-takes, support the Health Equipment Technology Replacement Program, and ensure compliance with policies for asset procurement, disposal, and retirement. The officer performs monthly reconciliations, assists in developing the District’s Asset Strategic Plan, and acts as the primary point of contact for asset management issues while upholding workplace safety, ethical standards, and HR policies.
