Community Recovery has lead responsibility for human and social recovery and resilience building including: delivery of human and social recovery, emotional wellbeing and practical supports where required. commissioning of medium and long term supports delivered both within the department and through funded non-government and local government partners. supporting coordinated local human service social services sector collaboration and cohesive and connected networks to build resilience and increase preparedness for individuals, communities and Queensland.
