An exciting opportunity is available for a casual Community Service Field Supervisor to join the Maroochydore Community Correction office within Queensland Corrective Services. Community Corrections staff aim to protect the community and reduce reoffending by supervising offenders in the community in which they live and encourage offenders to adopt more pro-social attitudes and behaviours. The Community Service Field Supervisor can work across weekdays and weekends and contribute to the delivery of QCS’s community service program by supervising and directing the on-site activities of community service workers on community services projects. This role will provide accurate and timely observations of community service workers’ performance and compliance to fulfill the program’s mandatory reporting function.
