Provide clinical leadership and advanced nursing care in a fast-paced Acute Medical Unit. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will coordinate patient care, undertake comprehensive assessments, and support service delivery to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital and community while contributing to education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice to drive excellence in care.
