An exciting opportunity is available for a Family Support Coordinator to work across Richmond Hill State School and Charters Towers Central State School. We are seeking a dedicated and committed person to lead family support and engagement from Pre-Prep to Prep and ongoing support from Prep to Year 2 in our diverse and complex communities. In this role, you will assist families in accessing engagement programs, support services, and community resources, while building strong connections with external stakeholders. You'll support positive attendance, behaviour, and learning, while connecting families with services to remove barriers to education. In our community, identifying and supporting families to access Early Intervention Services will be a key component of the work.
