Provide senior project leadership for projects related to the Department’s urban, regional and remote delivery workforce capacity, alignment and enhancement, including workforce reform design, recruitment activities, stakeholder engagement and development of high-quality briefs to ensure workforce outcomes are achieved within approved scope, timeframes and budget.
