The Regional Community Education Counsellor (Identified) plays a critical leadership role in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander secondary students to engage, participate and succeed in their education. The role provides culturally informed counselling, strengthens school-community relationships, and ensures students receive coordinated, culturally safe support. This position is based at either the Bundaberg or Maryborough Regional Office.
