You will support the positioning of QSS as a service provider of choice for the future and collaborate with the Director HR Services to achieve business results. The Director, Payroll Services will be a strategic leader with an inclusive leadership style able to lead and improve payroll service delivery. You will possess strong stakeholder and customer focused engagement skills. We are not looking for a payroll expert; we are looking for a leadership expert. Importantly you will be able to maintain effective strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships, focused on people leadership.
