The Senior Advisor, Women’s Services role will be responsible for the operational management of contracted women’s rehabilitation programs and services, including (but not limited to) family and wellbeing, domestic and family violence, counselling, trauma and general support programs in the correctional environment, including custodial and community corrections.The role supports the provision of evidence-based, gender-centric, culturally safe and trauma-informed services for women, with a commitment to ongoing continuous improvement and responsible service delivery. The role will ensure that contracted services are meeting key performance indicators, outputs, and outcomes and the Government’s priorities and commitments to improving the experiences, treatment, and rehabilitation of women in QCS custody and care.
