We are looking for an experienced Transition Officer to join the Brisbane Youth Education and Training Centre. As the Transition Officer, you will work collaboratively with the Manager - Transitions and Partnerships and key stakeholders from interdepartmental agencies to assist young people in successfully transitioning from a youth detention facility to employment, training or educational pathways in the community.
