This position delivers advanced nephrology care while leading, mentoring and supporting teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes across dialysis, transplant and CKD services. You’ll manage a specialist portfolio, drive quality improvement and evidence-based practice, and provide expert on-call and after-hours support for acute and chronic renal patients, including home therapies. Working closely with the NUM, Renal Consultants and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help shape and strengthen services across Central Queensland Health.
