Within a Primary Health Care Framework, Agency policies, legal requirements and professional competencies the Clinical Nurse Consultant - Neurological Support Service will: • provide advanced clinical leadership, specialist assessment and clinical care for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and related neurological conditions. • work with a high level of autonomy within an inter-professional team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, person-centred care across community, primary health, residential care and acute settings. • the role leads education, quality improvement and service development initiatives that support optimal clinical outcomes and enhance the capability of the broader health workforce.
