Support the Department in the provision of quality legal and regulatory advice across a range of areas including commercial and property law, administrative law, FOI, privacy, regulatory powers and statutory interpretation. This includes legal case management, litigation, coronial inquests and inquiries, supporting strategic, law reform and compliance initiatives.
