An AO7 Workforce Capability Lead is available in the Workforce and Client Experience Division of the Queensland Revenue Office. This role will be based in the Brisbane CBD. In this role you will work within a team environment and with the Manager, Client & Employee Experience to define, design, and deliver organisational development initiatives that support strategic priorities relating to workforce strategy and planning, drive organisational excellence and contribute to building a resilient, capable, collaborative and expert workforce.
