Resources Safety & Health Queensland (RSHQ) is Queensland's independent regulator for safety and health across the mining, quarrying, petroleum, gas and explosives industries.With a vision of zero serious harm, we work to protect workers and communities through effective regulation, independent oversight and administration of safety and health legislation.As Director, Governing Board Secretariat, you will lead the delivery of high-quality governance, secretariat and organisational support to the RSHQ Governing Board, Chair and key advisory committees.Leading a small, high-performing team, you will drive effective governance, reporting and continuous improvement processes while providing strategic, independent advice that supports informed decision-making and contributes to the achievement of RSHQ's priorities and regulatory objectives.
