As a Direct Service Team Leader you will supervise the day-to-day practice of direct support staff in the provision of accommodation support and respite services to people with an intellectual disability and their families. You will ensure that staff practices are consistent with all relevant legislative requirements and standards, including the Queensland Disability Service Standards.As a Direct Service Team Leader you will have skills in leading and mentoring staff within an established direct support practice framework.
