Provide strategic leadership and coordination of Operational Services, ensuring services meet current and future demands in line with QPS and Central Queensland Health values. You will be accountable for overseeing budgets across cleaning, linen, food, porterage and waste services, managing contractor relationships, and providing high-level operational advice to management. As the Manager of Operational Services, you will lead workforce development through recruitment, training, performance appraisal and change management, fostering a skilled, motivated and cohesive team. Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills are essential, alongside proven experience in budget management, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement and effective use of hospital and Microsoft-based information systems.
