Oversee and manage a caseload of tenancies, and supervision of staff, to support management of government employee housing across regional and remote areas, and to ensure all obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act 1999 and Housing Act 1982 are met, including lease agreements, conducting regular inspections and arranging repairs and maintenance.
