The Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management (the BCCM Office) has a legislated role to provide dispute resolution and information services for Queensland’s community titles sector under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (the Act). As a conciliator, you will facilitate department conciliation through an evaluative style of mediation to assist parties to resolve disputes without recourse to adjudication in a high volume legislative based environment.
