Join Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) as a Principal HR Advisor (AO7) and play a key role in shaping people practices across a global workforce by providing strategic and operational HR advice, leading workforce projects, and developing policies that strengthen organisational capability. This 12 month, part-time job-share opportunity (0.6 FTE, preferably Wednesday to Friday) is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills, sound knowledge of contemporary HR frameworks and legislation, and a passion for delivering practical workforce solutions and continuous improvement.
