Do you enjoy creating safe workplaces and supporting teams across diverse operational environments? We are seeking a Ranger (Safety) to lead and coordinate workplace health and safety (WHS) and training activities across the Wildlife and Threatened Species Operations Branch and Gateway Visitor Centres.In this role, you will provide expert WHS advice, manage risk and compliance systems, support incident investigations, oversee hazardous chemical and risk register management, and coordinate mandatory training programs. You will monitor qualifications including First Aid, fire, chainsaw and compliance training, ensuring staff remain current and compliant.We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and safety systems, excellent communication skills, experience coordinating training across dispersed teams.
