As a member of the Queensland Police Service Subpoena Team, you will contribute to the administration of justice, in both Queensland and Australia, through the provision of information to various courts and tribunals. The team is the authorised delegate to accept service of summonses and subpoenas and other formal notices to produce records on behalf of the Commissioner of Police.The team ensures compliance with information requests served on the Commissioner, and that records are produced to courts and tribunals within required timeframes.Please refer to role profile for full details.
