You will provide professional prosecution services, including the provision of legal advice to members of the Service on matters before the Magistrates, Childrens and Coroners Courts. Logan Police Prosecution Corps has combined teams of both sworn and civilian prosecutors, supported by administration staff. Prosecutors are responsible for police related matters in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court District in addition to a satellite office servicing the Magistrates Court at Beaudesert.Please refer to role profile for full details.
