The Student Child and Family Connect portfolio within the Darling Downs South West Region is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people to join our team as a Youth Transition Officer. The base location will be negotiated within Darling Downs South West Region Regional Offices. This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.80FTE), 58 hours per fortnight.
